In cooperation with tax advisors, we assist with the preparation and submission of the fund’s tax returns and advise on the tax consequences of individual asset management decisions.

Expert Valuation of Assets Contributed to the Fund

We will facilitate the preparation of an expert valuation of assets transferred to the fund in order to establish their appropriate accounting and tax valuation.

Appointment and Removal of the Trustee and Beneficiaries

We will support you in the appointment and removal of the trustee, board members, supervisory bodies and beneficiaries, in accordance with the fund’s internal governance framework.

Professional Trustee or Member of the Board

We offer the performance of the role of trustee or board member by a seasoned professional, ensuring expert, independent and responsible administration of the fund.

Asset Management and the Operation of the Fund
