Attorney & Partner

Karel is an attorney and founding partner of the AVENTAS law firm. He specializes in corporate law, restructurings, holding structures, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), international commercial contracts, and asset protection and management including trusts.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in restructuring projects of major Czech companies, M&A transactions within the Czech Republic and the European Union, and intergenerational succession planning for family businesses. His practice also focuses on the establishment and administration of trusts. After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague, he completed an LL.M. in European and International Business Law at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest and went on to work at leading Czech law firms.

Outside the office, he enjoys cycling, ski mountaineering, and spending summer evenings by the campfire with a guitar.

Since the beginning of her professional career, Daniela has focused primarily on projects in the field of commercial law, where she combines her legal and economic knowledge gained during her studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, the University of Economics in Prague (with a focus on Taxation and Tax Policy), and during her exchange program at HAN University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.

In recent years, Daniela has contributed to acquisition projects such as the sale of a major Czech e-commerce company to a multinational group, or the acquisition expanding the product portfolio of a company in the manufacturing sector, including legal due diligence and pre-acquisition negotiations. She has also worked on restructuring projects for successful family businesses, including those involving international elements.

Outside the office, you’ll most likely find Daniela enjoying a good breakfast, sipping Italian wine, or dancing at a Latin class.

Mgr. Ondřej Snopek

Attorney & Partner

Ondřej graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University and focuses his legal practice primarily on corporate law, contract law, and immigration law.

He has participated in numerous restructuring projects of Czech family-owned businesses, where he assisted clients with the efficient setup of group structures, company transformations, and the implementation of trust funds as a tool for asset management and defining rules for intergenerational transfer.

In addition, Ondřej has provided immigration law advisory services to many foreign clients – both individuals, whom he represented in proceedings concerning various residence permits in the Czech Republic, and corporate clients, assisting with employing foreign workers and handling related matters.

In his free time, Ondřej enjoys recreational sports and cooking.

Mgr. Ing. Adam Hrazdíra, M.A.

Strategic Advisor

Adam combines his acquired experience from the banking sector and law firms when advising our clients. Over almost ten years of practice, he has been involved especially in projects of complex company restructurings, the preparation of trust funds, and transactional advisory (M&A). Adam is also familiar with economic analyses, assistance with the creation of financial plans, and preparation of indicative company valuations. A number of clients he has worked with can be ranked among the TOP 100 Czech family businesses.

Clients appreciate the added value he brings by combining knowledge of economics and law. His alma maters are the University of Economics in Prague and Charles University. As part of his master’s studies in economics, he took the opportunity to study in three European countries.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys traveling, playing golf, and ideally ending the day with a glass of Negroni in hand.
